I am passionate about seeing businesses and teams succeed through learning, development and effective sales strategy. I love helping teams find their “Why”. In my tenure, I have held executive, strategic and sales roles where integrity, perseverance and grit have been my go-to formula. I have no issues rolling up my sleeve and getting stuck into what needs to be done.

I have had the pleasure of building and leading high-performing teams who have achieved exceptional results, delighted their customers and have seen immense personal growth for themselves. I can offer General Management expertise to help organisations develop and realise their strategy, team and business goals.

To round off my experience, I hold an Executive MBA (Hons) from Massey University and regularly facilitate workshops that focus on sales training, customer service and leadership development for professionals in business.
