1. Definitions
"We", "our" and "us" refer to Synergy Consulting Limited (NZBN 9429031802802). "You" means the individual or organisation purchasing or attending our workshops, coaching or digital products.
"Event" means any public or in‑house workshop, course, programme or webinar we deliver.

3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
- Accepted payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, BNZ Pay, bank transfer or approved purchase order. Credit‑card surcharges will be passed on at cost.
- Full payment, or the first payment under an approved payment plan, confirms your place on an Event and must be received before the start date. By completing payment you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree please do not proceed with purchase. We reserve the right to re-allocate places if invoices remain unpaid.
Payment Plan Option
For selected public workshops, we may offer a payment plan option through Stripe. If you select a payment plan, the total price, GST component, instalment amounts, number of payments and payment dates will be shown at the time of purchase or on your invoice.
By selecting the payment plan option and completing your first payment, you agree to pay the full amount shown in that payment plan. The payment plan applies immediately after the first payment is made. There is no cooling-off period. The payment plan is a commitment to purchase the full workshop place and is not a month-to-month subscription.
Once the first payment has been made, you cannot cancel the payment plan or avoid payment of the remaining instalments. All remaining payments stay payable on their scheduled due dates. Non-attendance, withdrawal or choosing not to continue with the workshop does not remove your obligation to pay the remaining instalments under the payment plan.
If you are permitted to transfer to a future date for the same Event, the payment plan will continue on the original payment schedule. Once the payment plan has been completed, your place on the future date will already be paid for.
If any payment is declined, overdue or otherwise unpaid, you will have three business days to resolve the failed payment. If payment is not resolved within that period, we may suspend your access to the workshop, materials or related services until payment is received. We may also charge an administration fee and recover any reasonable costs incurred in collecting overdue amounts.
4. Cancellation Policy (Public Workshops)
| Written notice received | Refund |
|---|---|
| 21 days or more before the start date | 100 per cent refund* |
| 8 – 20 days before the start date | 50 per cent refund |
| 7 days or fewer before the start date | No refund |
- Refunds will be processed within ten working days of receiving your written cancellation notice and our approval, to the original payment method.
- Payments made by credit card will be refunded less any bank or merchant fees incurred*.
- If you are on a payment plan and cancel 21 days or more before the Event start date, any refund will be calculated after deducting applicable administration costs, bank or merchant fees and any costs we have already committed to for your place.
5. Transfer Policy (Public Workshops)
- One transfer to another date of the same Event is permitted with no fee if the request is received at least 14 days before the original start date.
- Transfer requests received 7 – 13 days prior incur an administration fee of 20 per cent of the Event fee.
- No transfers are available within seven days of the start date.
- If you are paying on a payment plan, transferring to another date does not pause, cancel or reschedule your remaining installments.
6. Changes or Cancellation by Us
We may reschedule, relocate or replace facilitators if required. If we cancel an Event, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a future date. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other consequential costs.
